Susandarini
Ms. Susandarini is a founding partner and managing partner of Indonesian Law Firm Susandarini & Partners established in Jakarta on 1 December 2010. Susan has been recognized as leading insurance and reinsurance lawyer in Indonesia by Asia Law & Practice (2003) and Who’s Who Legal (WWL) (2013-2016).
Susan also has been endorsed in 2016 by IFLR100 as a Financial & Corporate Law Leading Lawyer for Indonesia jurisdiction. Susan is also being endorsed by IFLR 1000 for Financial and Corporate 2019 as a Highly Regarded Lawyer in Project Finance and being awarded by the Acquisition International in 2018 as the Leading Insurance Dispute and Anti-Corruption Lawyer of the Year – Indonesia.

Asrul Waryanto
Mr. Arsul Waryanto joined Susandarini & Partners as Of Counsel in 2022. He has long history of career at a state owned company PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (Persero) and its affiliates, started in 1992. Prior to work with JIEP, Mr. Waryanto has working experience as a lawyer at OC Kaligis & Associates (1990-119) and Arief Wahyu Purnomo & Rekan (1991-1992).
Mr. Waryanto obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia in 1991 and a Masters in Business Administration from STIA YAPPAN Jakarta. His main expertise is in industrial real estate, land and property, as well as corporate commercial.
Aji Prayudi
Mr. Aji Prayudi joined Susandarini & Partners as Of Counsel. He has long history of career at PT Pertamina (Persero) (“Pertamina”) and its affiliates, started in 1991 as a Legal Staff in Balikpapan and his last position at Pertamina was Chief Legal Counsel from 2018 until the end of 2020. Some of the positions held include Commissioner in PT Pertamina Pedeve, Commissioner in PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia, VP of Legal & Relations of PT Pertamina (Persero) in 2013, VP of Legal Upstream & Gas Legal Counsel of PT Pertamina (Persero) in 2014, Vice President Relations of PT Pertamina Hulu in 2017 and PT Pelita Air Services in 2019-2022.
Mr. Prayudi has extensive experience in energy & natural resources, corporate & commercial, aviation, merger & acquisition, project financing.
