Susandarini is a corporate lawyer whose practice focuses on insurance, disputes, compliance and anti-corruption. She is the founding partner and managing partner of Susandarini & Partners.
Susan advises insurance companies, banks and other financial institutions, and corporations. She has extensive knowledge of finance and corporate work and has advised on several energy and infrastructure projects in Indonesia, including projects in the oil and gas, mining and transport sectors. She also handles trademark affairs, distribution, licensing and franchise agreements, anti-monopoly issues, and other Indonesian legal matters.
Susan graduated in 1989 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia and holds an LL.M in International Banking and Finance from Boston University School of Law (2000). She has been recognised as a leading lawyer in Indonesia for insurance & reinsurance by both Asia Law & Practice (2003) and Who’s Who Legal (2013-2015). She is a member of the International Bar Association.
Meiny Meirany is a corporate and commercial lawyer who practices since 1993 and focuses on Insurance, Capital Markets, Banking and Financial Institutions, M&A, Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring, Pharmeceutical, Consumer Goods and Technology & Communications.
Meiny advises various legal and commercial consulting cases to variety of multinational and offshore clients. She has extensive knowledge of finance and corporate work and advises on establishment, acquisition and restructuring projects in Indonesia. Meiny also handles licensing and distribution agreements, regulatory and compliance and consumer protection issues.
Meiny graduated in 1993 from Faculty of Law of Padjajaran University, Bandung, Indonesia. She earned a LL.M in International Trade from Bond University, Gold Coast, Australia (1995-1996) and participated in a legal training program at Mallesons Stephen Jaques, Solicitors in Sydney and Melbourne offices (1996). Prior to joining Susandarini & Parthers, she practiced at Kartini Muljadi & Partners, Soewito Suhardiman Eddymurthy Kardono (SSEK) and two boutique law firms. She also held position as General Counsel in one joint venture insurance company in Indonesia.
Meiny has been recognized as one of the leading Capital Market Lawyers in Indonesia by Asia Law & Practice (2003) and Acquisition on behalf of Large Public Companies and on Finance and Insurance Transactions by Chambers & Partners (2010).
Andreas Hasiholan Marpaung
Andreas is a mid-level Associate in the Energy practice including extensive experience in Projects, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice of Susandarini & Partners. His practice focus on complex Energy sector in the fields of Production Sharing, Offshore/Onshore Drilling Services, Gas Sales, Technical Assistant/Joint Operating Body, Engineering, Procurement and Construction, Power Purchase, Concession, Renewable and Convertible Energy projects.
He provides advice and representation to major development corporations, multinational corporations, and state-owned enterprises of oil and gas industry, operating company of coal and mining sector, and power plant project. He is licensed to practice law in Indonesia by holding Indonesian Advocates’ Association (PERADI) license.
Mr. Hasiholan obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Padjadjaran University, Faculty of Law and a Master of Laws from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, U.S.A. He is also a member of Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) Alumni, and Associate status of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator (CIArb), U.K.
Imam Sayogo (Imam) has actively involved on advising client in a wide range of matters related to among others Capital Market, Merger & Acquisition, foreign investment, general corporate and commercial matters.
He graduated and earned his Bachelor of Law from University of Al Azhar Indonesia. He obtained his Masters Degree in Commercial Law from National University of Ireland, Dublin (UCD) as well as a CIEL award from University of Maastricht, Netherlands. Imam was an active participant in several communities, e.g. Persatuan Pelajar Indonesia (PPI) Maastricht and UCD Law Society.
Prior to joining S&P, Imam worked as a legal in company and joined another prominent local firm. He has passed the Indonesian bar exam held by the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi).

Karina Larasati Putri
Karina Putri (Karin) advises a wide range of clients in corporate and dispute matter. Her practices also covers among others insurance, shipping, healthcare, general corporate and dispute resolution.
Karin is a graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. During her time in law school, she was actively involved in organizations and several moot court competition where she also won the 1st Place & an award as the Best Attorney at National Moot Court Competition Piala Abdul Kahar Mudzakkir V held by Universitas Islam Indonesia.
She speaks fluent English, Indonesian, and casual Korean and Japanese.
Exori Claudia Isura Purba
Exori Claudia (Ori) has actively involved on advising client in a wide range of matters related to among others foreign investment, real estate & property, insurance, general corporate and commercial matters.
She graduated cum laude and earned her Bachelor of Law from University of Indonesia. During her student year, she was an active participant in student organizations and event committees. She also won the 1st Place in National Moot Court Competition on intellectual property case.
Prior to joining S&P, Ori worked as a legal in company and joined another local firm specializing in real estate and property. She has passed the Indonesian bar exam held by the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi).
Ori speaks fluent English and Indonesian.
Camelia Rahmawati (Camel) has been actively involved in certain projects among others regarding healthcare, foreign investment, and general corporate.
She obtained her law degree from University of Indonesia. During her study in law school, Camel won the 1st Place in National Moot Court Competition held by Universitas Airlangga. Prior to joining S&P, Camel has experience as a legal intern in a joint venture company.

Avie Sekar Lantri
Avie Sekar Lantri (Avie) has interest in certain services among others regarding property law, employment, and general corporate.
She obtained her law degree from University of Indonesia wih Cum Laude predicate. During her study in law school, Avie won the 1st Place in in Battle Of Brain in The 6th National Business Law Competition Piala Hafni Sjahruddin 2015. Prior joining S&P, Avie has experienced as paralegal in Legal Aid and Consultancy Center Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia.
